The LuckyLand Slots Merchandise Site is where players go to claim their trophy, apparel, or other
physical items for which they have qualified by playing at luckylandslots.com.
Since LuckyLand Slots’s inception, the number of monthly rewards, tournaments, and special events
on our site has grown significantly. And, as many LuckyLand Slots players will know, we also give
away physical items—in the form of exclusive merch and trophies—to winners and qualifying players
(to some loyal players or tourney winners, for example).
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY REQUEST?
After you select your preferences (size, color, etc.), agree to the Terms of Use, and submit your
request, you’ll receive an email (to the email you used to set up your merch account), with a
summary of your items. Your request goes to our distributor. Once the request has been processed,
your items will be shipped. At that point, you’ll receive another email, with the tracking information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY EXCLUSIVE LUCKYLAND SLOTS ITEMS?
It will depend on what you qualify for. Generally speaking, we aim to ship out items within 10
business days of receiving your request. When your item has shipped, you’ll receive an email with
the tracking information, so you can track the items directly with the shipping company.
THE ITEMS I RECEIVED AREN’T WHAT I REQUESTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The easiest thing to do is to send us an email
here. Give us as much information as you can:
- A summary of the issue
- Your LuckyLand Slots screen name
- A summary of items you were meant to receive
That will help us investigate the situation, identify and remedy the concern as quickly as possible.
THE CODE I RECEIVED DOESN’T WORK.
The code we send you is unique to your items. It cannot be used for any other events or items. Nor
can it be used by multiple people. If your code does not work, it could be for several reasons.
If you’re receiving the message “merch code not valid”, please try the following actions:
- Make sure the code is copied and pasted correctly. If you enter the code manually, there’s more room for error.
- Try a different browser. Our preferred browser is Chrome, but it is important also to clear your cache in Chrome as it is designed to cache and store a lot of information within the browser.
- Log out of the merch site and log in again.
- If you’re using a mobile device, try a desktop browser.
- Avoid hitting ‘back’ on your browser during the process. If you want to go back, use the back button at the bottom of the browser window.
- If you haven’t completed the process, and you need to come back to it, log out and log back into your merch site account.
If the code has already been used, you’ll receive the error message “This code has been previously
redeemed.” In which case, make sure you’re not using a code you used before, or that you didn’t
share it with someone who has used it.
And if you’ve tried all the above, and it still doesn’t work, let us know. Send us an email
here, with as
much background info as you have—the code you used, your LuckyLand Slots screen name, and
the steps you went through before you received the error message.
