2. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the delivery of any items, and you acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible or liable in any way if any items are: (i) delivered in a damaged condition; or (ii) not delivered in a timely manner or at all.

3. Merchandise is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any merchandise item with another without giving notice. You have three (3) months to retrieve your merchandise from the date you receive your merchandise code.
